歡迎黃博士加入我們研究所擔任榮譽顧問委員，協助我們在策略布局、國際資本運作及M&A投資併購方面深化發展，為研究所注入國際化視野。

黃博士具跨國學術背景。早年於美國康乃爾大學農業與生命科學學院參與碩士博士研究計畫，其後畢業於澳洲邦德大學法學院（法律博士）及中國政法大學（經濟法學博士）。 黃博士曾擔任多家國際企業董事及顧問職務，在業界現任富士康科技集團董事長首席顧問、京鼎精密科技首席投資顧問、統一資本集團執行長暨管理合夥人、HLA Global 法律事務所（台北與美國密蘇里）高級法律顧問。

黃博士亦長期支持學術研究與社會健康倡議。他於2023年捐贈公共衛生學院健康創新創業研究中心予美國加州大學柏克萊分校。

此外，他是《證券法原理、實務與案例研究》（中國法制出版社，2007）的作者，並發表多篇科學與法律相關論文。

Dr. Huang has joined our institute as an Honorary Advisory Committee Member, assisting us in advancing strategic planning, international capital operations, and M&A investment development, bringing a global perspective to the institute.

Dr. Huang possesses a cross-national academic background. Early in his career, he participated in master's and doctoral research programs at the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, Cornell University (USA). He later earned a Juris Doctor from Bond University (Australia) and a Doctor of Economic Law from China University of Political Science and Law.

Dr. Huang has served as a board member and advisor for numerous international enterprises. He is currently the Chief Advisor to the Chairman of Foxconn Technology Group, Chief Investment Advisor at Giga-Top Precision Technology, CEO and Managing Partner at UniCapital Group, and Senior Legal Advisor at HLA Global Law Firm (Taipei and Missouri, USA).

Dr. Huang is also a long-time supporter of academic research and public health initiatives. In 2023, he donated the Health Innovation and Entrepreneurship Research Center to the School of Public Health, University of California, Berkeley.

In addition, he is the author of Principles, Practices, and Case Studies in Securities Law (China Legal Publishing House, 2007) and has published multiple academic papers on scientific and legal topics.
