We offer more flexible, adaptable, and cost-effective solutions.  Through a combination of legal industrialization core features- standardisation, automation, and mass production, the cost of our legal services has been significantly reduced. Unlike traditional law firms that typically charge high hourly rates and add extra fees, we provide fixed, transparent, and reasonable pricing — often at just one-fifth the cost of a traditional law firm. For simpler legal matters that involve small amounts of money, hiring a traditional law firm is often not cost-effective, so we offer clients an alternative that makes more financial sense.

We offer a free initial consultation, including a client interview to better understand the client's situation and needs. Following that, we assess and analyze the information provided by the client to conduct research. We then report back to the client to explain their rights, relevant laws, and the available solutions we can offer within our non-practicing scope. The proposed support plan will include an estimated time required. If the client agrees to proceed, our service will be charged at an hourly rate of AUD $40/ HKD $240.

Pursuant to Legal Profession Act 2007 (QLD), Legal Profession Regulation 2017 (QLD), and Australian Solicitors Conduct Rules 2012, practicing law without a certificate is illegal. The term 'Legal Practice' generally refer to the work done, or business transacted, in the ordinary course of legal practice, including giving tailored legal advice, court representation, preparing documents for court proceeding, and handling trust money. However, it is legal to provide general legal information like explaining laws broadly without applying them to a client's situation, conduct legal research, offer legal education, draft documents at a client's direct instruction without advising content, assist with filling standard forms without guiding legal answers, or perform administrative tasks (e.g., filing documents). Therefore, we use the term 'legal consulting' instead of 'legal advising'. We will provide a strong disclaimer to all our client indicating that our services only provide general legal information, document support, and legal education, which do not constitute legal advice or law/client relationship. 

根據《2007年法律執業法（昆士蘭州）》、《2017年法律執業條例（昆士蘭州）》及《2012年澳洲律師行為規則》，無執業證書從事法律執業屬違法行為。 "執業"指在常規法律執業過程中進行的工作或業務往來，包括提供針對性法律建議、法庭代理、準備訴訟法律文件以及處理信託資金等。但提供概括性法律資訊（例如解釋法律原則而不應用於客戶具體情境）、進行法律研究、進行法律教育、按客戶指示起草文件（不就內容提供建議）、執行程序性支援如說明如何遞交文件、協助填寫標準表格（不就法律問題解答提供指導）、行政支援如送達文件、提交申請等仍屬合法。因此我們採用"法律諮詢"而非"法律建議"的表述－這意味著僅提供法律及權利的事實性信息，而非針對客戶具體情況應用法律。我們將向所有的客戶透過顯著免責聲明表達：本機構服務僅涵蓋概括性法律資訊、文件支援及法律教育，不構成法律建議，亦不建立律師/客戶關係。
