This research centre is an internal division of our company that operates as a non-commercial, non-client-facing research division like an in-house think tank. Its role is to promote legal literacy, support evidence-based consulting services. It complements the company’s commitment to public interest, education, and legal innovation. 本研究所類似「內部智庫」的角色，該單位不面對客戶、不產生營收，僅專注於法律研究與政策分析工作。其目的是推廣法律素養並支援基於實證的顧問服務。研究所屬非商業性質，補充本公司的公益、教育與法律創新承諾。
Main Roles 主要職責
Conduct Independent Legal Research
進行獨立法律研究
(1) Investigate current legal issues, reforms, case law developments, and legislative trends. 調查當前法律議題、改革趨勢、案例發展與立法動態
(2) Produce white papers, legal briefs, and reports on specific legal topics, e.g., access to justice, law reforms, technology and the law. 撰寫白皮書、法律簡報與特定主題報告（如：司法可及、法律改革、科技與法律等）。
Promote Legal Literacy and Public Education
推廣法律素養與公共教育
(1) Educate the public and students through accessible materials and seminars. 透過易讀教材與研討會教育公眾與學生；
(2) Host public discussions or webinars to foster informed civic engagement in legal issues. 舉辦公開論壇與線上講座，提升社會對法律議題的參與和認識。
Foster Academic and Professional Partnerships
促進學術與專業合作
(1) Build up relationships with universities, law schools, and legal aid groups for collaborative projects. 與大學、法學院、法律扶助機構建立合作關係
(2) Serve as a platform for internships, scholarships, or joint research initiatives. 作為實習、獎學金與聯合研究平台。

Strategic direction and oversees all research activity. 負責策略方向與整體研究活動
(2) Advisory Member(s) 顧問委員
